Eagle Landing on the Shenandoah River
Winter rates: November through March, Fri. & Sat. $235/night (up to four guests), Friday and Saturday; Sun.-Thu. $195/night. (Holidays not included)
Summer rates: April through October, Fri.& Sat. $345; $245/night during the week. (up to four guests)
- Additional guests $35/night
- 10.3% VA Sales/County lodging added to all fees.
Holidays
- 3-night minimum rate
- 4-night minimum rate Thanksgiving only
- Check-in: 3 PM Check-out: 10 AM
Pet Rules
- House pets must be under owner control at all times, well-behaved, spayed, up-to-date on vaccinations/ flea treatments. over 1 2/2 years old, housebroken, and groomed/brushed
- Weight limitation 50 pounds; no more than two pets. If left alone, animal must be crated.
- Pets are $25 per night/ weekly rates available at Misty River Retreat and Eagle Landing on the Shenandoah River.
- No more than two dogs allowed with prior approval: must be adult, trained, groomed and in owner control all times.
- If left alone in cabins, dogs must be crated. Dog waste must be bagged and disposed in trash.
- Pet linens, bowls supplied.

My husband and I stayed for our 28th wedding anniversary. We had a wonderful time. The home was spacious and beautiful. Very comfortable and every need was met. The owners were extremely accommodating. Can’t wait to come back and rent the larger homes for our whole family!
First let me thank you for the opportunity to be the first guests at Eagle Landing! There is only one addition I would make to the beautiful decor of the home . . .perhaps some homemade wooden coasters 🙂
